What are the darkest places in your community and how can you help to create more light in them?

I live in an area with a lot of crime, homelessness, and gang activity. I also work at a correctional facility and it has always been my mission to bring a little light into such a dark environment. I like to share corny puns and jokes, check out their creative hobbies, and generally try to check in and see how everyone is doing.

I am also going to school for Psychology with the hope that I can become even more effective at helping people change their lives.
