Nature & Connection
Connecting to the source of all life in this modern age is a bit hard at times. Walking in nature even if its your back yard or a small park down the road at least 2-3 times a week. Be mindful of yourself, and all things around you in these moments and feel the connection to them. Life and nature is vast and awesome and we are all part of it. That super moon looks like the tastiest cheese ever. The real spiritual guide is nature because it's so yummy on the eyes! I agree, it's hard to find connection in the world nowadays with how disjointed humanity is from one another. The one thing we all have in common is returning to nature, and whether it takes us a few hours outside a day or after our death to get there, we'll all be family within the earth.
