Anyone tried this?
I've experimented with Yoga Nidra and binaural sounds and it has definitely altered my perception. Did it go beyond that for me? Maybe, maybe not. Have others dabbled in this? How has it gone? Any connections with gnomes or others during these experiences?

I've tried a few different techniques for astral projection and never had any luck with them. The closest I ever get is lucid dreaming, which is not exactly a disappointing outcome.
