The Courage to Believe in Yourself
Wow, this message hit hard today. I am learning to not hide myself and to let me real me fly. It is tough in where I live, but that doesn't mean I can't be me completely in my home first and then let it grow. I am transforming my home which helps, but I have to remember to transform myself to remove the masks.

I really enjoyed this episode. I've enjoyed all of the ones I have watched. I took a rest yesterday afternoon, and this episode eased me into a state of acceptance and relaxation.
