A Druid Now a Gnomean
Well met everyone. I am Gar, aka the Bayou Druid, Archdruid of the Reform Druids of Bryn Mawr Bridge, in Louisiana. What a delight it is to discover the Church of Gnome and its mission. I am glad to be here for the whimsy and the shared love of life and nature. My wife and I have a great little garden on the fringes of the "Garden District" of our little city. We grow lots of herbs, including some specialty Vietnamese ones (my wife is Vietnamese). We have figs and passion fruit, sunflowers, mugwort, several types of basil, edible elephant ears, lemongrass, and a native Louisiana PawPaw tree that we grew from a dropped fruit, that is finally bearing fruit of its own with some consistency. Tons of odd end plants in pots. I'll share some photos sometime. I'd love to hear from you, so drop me a hello.
Welcome! I am an herbalist and armchair forager. We are in very good company as gnomeans.
