Gnome doors.

I started putting up Gnome doors at the base of the large trees in my local cemetery. I started doing it as something fun and light during a stressful time for everyone. I have kept it up because why not and it's fun. The doors are made from natural items I find while on walks. With a little work with a pen knife, I have a gnome door. I have seen where others do the same thing at parks or other places; even full fairy village. If you want to do an elaborate fairy village I do encourage getting permission first, or doing what I do. Keep it low key with easily made natural items that don't harm anything. When putting up this new set today I did say a simple prayer asking that only kind, generous, and light hearted mischievous fey or Gnomes come through. To keep an eye on the cemetery and it's natural surroundings.

These are fun! I'm gonna have to do a few myself. A friend and I used to have a spot we'd canoe to often, that had good clay walls around a spring fed pool that flowed into the main creek. We'd spend time there making "fairy dwellings" along the wall and even did piers in the water.
